Following Dale Meeks’ passing at age 47, a bevy of actors from both the stage and the cinema have flocked to pay their respects.
Just a week after making his television comeback in ITV’s new thriller The Hunt for Raoul Moat, Dale’s death was reported on Sunday afternoon by a member of his family. It said on Facebook: “So incredibly sad. Brother-in-law, sidekick, mucca, and simply the BEST companion a young man could ask for. Dale Meeks, r.i.p. Now that you’re not there to share it with, there is so much less to laugh about.
“Thanks everyone for all the lovely messages and memories you have been sharing,” the relative of Dale continued.
