According to reports reaching zea.ng, the daughter of the Bekwai Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), Hon Kwaku Kyei Baffour, was shot dead by unknown intruders.
The victim, thought to be in her 30s, was reportedly shot dead by unknown assailants over an unspecified reason.
This tragic occurrence occurred on Thursday, August 3, 2003, near Kumasi in the Ashanti Region, when the victim, Akua Serwaa, was attacked by assailants around 8pm.
Police verified the terrible incident to this portal, but were quick to emphasize that investigations were ongoing to determine the aim of the attack and prosecute the perpetrators if they were apprehended in accordance with the law.
