Enock Darko was born at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital in Accra, Ghana, on December 31, 1997. He grew up in Newtown, White House, in Accra, and he is the eldest of five siblings.

Enock was a dancer before he became a stand-up comedian and an actor. He had a friend in Newtown, Accra, who was a dancer, and he taught him how to dance. Subsequently, Enock went to live with his dance tutor friend, who became his manager and supported his junior high school education.
Along the line, the same person who taught Enock Darko how to dance introduced him to stand-up comedy, and this was before he went to pick a form and auditioned for season two of talented kids.
In 2011, Enock auditioned for the Talented Kids reality show as a comedian. He was selected for the competition and emerged as the first runner-up in the end. Enock became known through this reality show, and after the competition, he continued to entertain pupils at funfairs and other events.
After completing his Junior High School education, he started shooting a comedy skit under Abro Media. After some time, he relocated to Kumasi to join the Kumawood movie industry, and he was able to feature in one or two movies.
Close to a year after living in Kumasi, Enock returned to Accra and started working with Samuel Degrat, who featured him in his series, “Devil Under My Pillow.” Through the series, a Nigerian movie producer named Uchenna discovered Enock Darko’s talent, and Later, when he came to Ghana, he invited the young comedian and featured him in a movie project he came to shoot in Ghana.
After Uchenna left Ghana for Nigeria, he phoned Enock and told him he would like to work with him, and that is how his journey in the Nigerian movie industry began.
