According to information that has reached us, actress and television presenter, Nana Ama McBrown from Ghana has adopted a young child who lost her mother.
McBrown recently went to a church for a program with her family, including her husband, Maxwell Mawu Mensah.
At the event, the actress recognized Adepa, a young child. She was attracted to her because she seemed so happy.
She claimed that she had asked her uncle to ask the girl’s mother to provide some of her daughter’s old clothes by getting in touch with the mother of the girl.
The girl was told her mother had died when she was a little over a year old. The realization hit her hard, forcing her to pause and think.
McBrown spoke to the congregation and described why she chose to adopt Adepa in a video that the Instagram site @sweet maame adwoa published.

McBrown claimed that after contemplating the little girl’s situation, she was motivated to act. After being convinced, she discussed it with her husband, and he supported her in her efforts to complete the adoption.
In order to provide for Adepa in terms of food and other requirements, McBrown added, she had first preferred that she stay with her father.
But the same voice kept urging her to bring the girl into her house.
She said that Adepa’s father could always come for her whenever he wished, and that she would love the little girl like her own daughter.
