Adwoa Safo was born to Ghanaian industrialist and pastor Apostle Kwadwo Safo on December 28, 1981. At 35, Adwoa has done well for herself and she has done well with societal conformity because she was home-schooled.

In the early 2000s, there were rumours that Adwoa was dating the African Dancehall Kking, Samini. She confessed to being close but denied the relationship.
